Mint and licorice is a classic combination that pairs well with coffee. Using green Creme de Menthe here can make for an interesting visual experience, but if you don't like the idea of green drink, try clear Creme Menthe instead.

How to make:
1. Pour 1 tablespoon Sambuca and 1 tablespoon Creme de Menthe into the glass
2. Brew two shots 1 1/2fl oz (50 ml) of espresso into a small pitcher and pour it carefully into the glass.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
