#DINEWITHME: BEAST BAR & GRILL, THE INTERMARK (KL)

BEAST BAR & GRILL - May not be the newest in the restaurant scenes, but it's definitely a place worth to visit if you love juicy steaks or mouth-watering lobsters ! Opened its door since 2013, BEAST is a nother brand under  THE BIG GROUP   - which formed in early 2011 by Founder & Group CEO, Benjamin Yong. If you haven't heard of The BIG Group, Ben's Independent Grocer or Plan B might enlighten you. Upon entering the restaurant, we already fell in love with the stylish and classy interior. BEAST is definitely a nice place to chill with a glass of wine while enjoying that nice slab of grilled meats. At BEAST , their one page menu comprises of the premium steaks with the choice of  Wagyu ,  US Prime , Angus & etc, and other notable dishes including  Whole Roasted Beer Brined Chicken ,  Whole Grilled Lobster ,  6 Hours Sous Vide Grilled Rack of Lamb  and  Lobster Mac & Cheese. #DINEWITHME : SANGKAYA, SS15 SUBANG JAYA

RM 10.50 for 4 mini scoops of Coconut Ice Cream?  A bit pricey compared to Chatuchak's market huh. Yes, indeed. But hey, they must have some better things to offer for the price paid than just an ice cream- yes maybe?  Let's check out what's the deal behind the ice cream label - SANGKAYA  SANGKAYA SS15, Subang Jaya is a collaborative effort by a group of five undergraduate law students of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam when they decided to venture into the ice cream business with Sangkaya founders Ivy Sangrida Kaya and John Isaac Ho .  SANGKAYA   SS15 is rather "special" I must say. The shop looked pretty small from the outside with few chairs lining up, a simple counter and an one-door fridge. But the adventure does not only stops here. Wait till you reveal the gem behind its hidden door. (Hey, don't be fooled by the bricks wall!) . Here at SANGKAYA SS15 , they offered a simple menu with only 4 items - 2 Ice

"THAI" Land, here I come! Opss..not the actual Thailand, but a restaurant that is very close to heart.  Welcome to THAI SYOK - A restaurant that serves authentic Thai cuisines.  With its first outlet in Setia Alam, now THAI SYOK make its way to the heart of Kuala Lumpur.  Located at the basement of Wisma Central KL , and in between of the upcoming Four Season Hotel (under construction) the restaurant  is indeed a hidden gem. Thanks to the owner and DJ WICKED  aka. Hyper Lee for inviting us over for the dinner last night. KLCC view from the signboard We could hardly notice this restaurant from the main road as their signboard was rather hidden, but o nce we walked down to the basement, I was amazed by the graffiti art work by  Cloakwork   from Thailand. The chill-out environment makes the restaurant as a favorite choice especially by the working crowd in KLCC area and Jalan Ampang, having just been in operation for 2 months since March 2015.  Upon a
