GLUTEN-FREE MUG BROWNIE (Serves 1) Ingredients:  1/4 cup Gluten-Free Oat Flour 1/8 cup Brown Sugar  2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons Oil 2 tablespoons Milk (You may replace with water or coffee) Mug - I am using IKEA's How to make: 1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until no lumps remain.  (You can mix directly in the mug or ramekin. I'm mixing in the bowl because I wanted a clean mug) 2. Pour the thick paste into a heatproof mug or ramekin.  3. Microwave for a minute on high heat.  (Microwave vary, but 1 minute should do the job well in most microwave) 4. Remove from the microwave when done. You'll get half mug of brownie with this recipe. But if you want a full mug, please double up the amount of the ingredients as listed above, and microwave for 2 minutes. Eat warm.   T he mug cake is springy on top but still a bit gooey inside - like any good brownie should be. You may eat with a scoop of ice crea
