Juicing is trending!
Virtually it's recommended that we get 6 - 8 servings of vegetables and fruits per day and very few of us actually get that. #Juicing is an easy way to virtually guarantee that you will reach your daily target for vegetables. It is also the keys to giving you radiant, energetic life and truly optimal health.
Benefits of Juicing:
Whole fruit or Juice?
Did you know that 95% of the vitamins and enzymes that our bodies need are found in the juice of raw vegetables and fruits? When you drink juice, highly concentrated vitamins, mineral and enzymes rapidly enter the bloodstream absorbing all of the nutritional benefits of the vegetables and fruits, giving your digestive organs a much-needed rest. To get the same amount of nutrients as one 16 oz juice, you'll need to munch on 2 lbs of carrots, 10 - 12 apples or 8 lbs of spinach!
How to store your juice?
It's best to drink all of your juice immediately. However, you can store it for up to 24 hours with only moderate nutritional decline if you handle the juices carefully.

- There should be a minimum amount of air in the jar as the oxygen in air will oxidize and damage the juice. So, put your juice in a glass jar with an airtight lid and fill it to the very top.
- Store the juice immediately in the fridge and consume it when you are ready within 24 hours after juicing.
