If you happened to dine at Marianis Ipoh before, MARIANIS @ 7 is the revamped version of the previous Italian restaurant, Marianis @ De Garden. The restaurant's new name MARIANIS @ 7 was created in honor of its new location at Jalan Wan Mohamed Salleh, Greentown, bungalow Lot No. 7.



Bigger and more spacious than before, MARIANIS @ 7 makes a cozy place not only for two, but it is also perfect for a group of friends or family. This restaurant offers private rooms as well for those who need more privacy while dining here.

Being a huge fan of oysters, I am quite disappointed with my order this time. I was actually expecting creamy and succulent oysters, but unfortunately, the oysters came to the table a little bit too "cold". What I meant was the oysters are frozen at the bottom part, just like eating oysters sorbet.

You won't go wrong with Spring Chicken! The skin is so crispy and the chicken is seasoned well. This dish will make you dying for more. Oh, I love the roasted potatoes too.

Fresh baby clams, Fried Chilies and Garlic in White Wine sauce

As for the Salmon steak, the fish is cooked perfectly with a crispy skin on top and juicy meat beneath. The Salmon is served with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes and a lemon wedge. Satisfaction guaranteed for this dish!

Norwegian Salmon Steak with Saffron or Peppercorn sauce 

Spaghetti Cabonara (RM 33)
Spaghetti with beef bacon, egg yolk and Parmesan cheese in a cream sauce

My overall experience here was quite decent. I love atmosphere and it's a great place to chill over a glass of wine or a cuppa afternoon coffee.
