#ONEDAYWITH - DRAKE KNIGHT PAINTBALL CLUB (MALAYSIA)

15th March 2015, Sunday morning.

It was an honor to be invited by one of the #Paintball team in Malaysia to join them for the weekend. This wasn't really my first time attending events or team training with them, but each and every time sets a new excitement to me.

A few of the team members were my friends since we were young. So nonetheless,I lived to see the team grows from the beginning of the club formation till now and it just gets better. Oh, I'm so proud of you guys!

Officially established on the 5th September 2013 and as a registered sports club under Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, DRAKE KNIGHT PAINTBALL CLUB live by a motto, "Play Clean, Train Dirty, One Love Undivided".

The past event which I attended as a supporting fans was for the Malaysian National Paintball League (MY-NPL). I still remembered as this was my very first time attending such an event, and not to mention I am extremely thrilled with all the people walking around wearing uniforms and masked on - Just like the army ready for war! :D

Noticed some difference on their uniforms? Well, that was from the previous event.

What does Paintball sounds to you?
Paintball is a game which participants / players simulate military combat using airguns to shoot capsules of paint at each other.

A paintball marker, also known as paintball gun, is the main piece of equipment in the sport of paintball. Markers use an expanding gas, such as carbon dioxide (CO2) or compressed air, to propel paintballs through the barrel.

There are two (2) types of Markers - Mechanical Marker & Electronic Marker

Mechanical markers need no electricity while Electronic Markers run with batteries and circuit boards. Mechanical markers are typically slower and louder, but very reliable. Meanwhile, Electronic markers are either Electro-mechanical or Electro-pneumatic

Electro-mechanical markers are mechanical markers with an electronic trigger frame that fires the marker, often in 3-round burst or full auto modes.

Electro-pneumatic markers shoot by activating a solenoid valve which allows air to pass through and shoot the ball. They can shoot more consistently and are quieter than mechanical markers, but they cost more and are harder to fix.

Wondered what are paintballs made of?

A paintball is a thin-skinned gelatin capsule with a colored "paint" inside. Paintballs are similar to large vitamin capsule or bath oil beads and are non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble and rinse out of clothing and off skin with just water.

#DINEWITHME: THE PENTHOUSE RESTAURANT & WINE BAR | SS15, SUBANG JAYA (KL)

Whooppsss...I just had my dinner!  What am I doing here? Come on, it's Friday! Let's chill a 'lil - Dinner extended. To be frank, I don't have much time to spend around ever since I've joined an award-winning agency few months ago. Life's pretty hectic everyday, with extreme workload and countless days of overtime.  And just because I have relocated myself to another area, my hangout place changes too. What makes the best option would be the one nearest to my office, with less traffic congestion.  Thanks to my bunch of friends whom always put me on a priority, they make the effort to come to a meeting point near me instead.  I was brought to this restaurant the other day by my friends and I found it quite a waste not to share such an interesting place with all of you.  Let me introduce you to -  THE PENTHOUSE RESTAURANT & WINE BAR. Upon walking in, I was amazed by their simple yet welcoming ambiance. I was ushered in by rows of wine displayed

#DINEWITHME: YUK SOU HIN | WEIL HOTEL (IPOH)

Done with my busy schedules, I finally have the time to sit down and blog about my dining experience at YUK SOU HIN @ WEIL HOTEL (IPOH) which took place about two months ago.  I was being invited by the hotel's PR Team at the first place to drop by and review the dim sum which was spearheaded by their   Hong Kong Master Chef, Mr. Chung Ho Shi but unfortunately I'm unable to attend. Later after that, I visited the restaurant with my mum when I dropped by in Ipoh the other day.  It was a busy morning. We went to the restaurant around 11am without any advance reservation, and it took us about 25 minutes to settle down with a table.  The restaurant was packed with customers that day, due to Public Holiday.  Not my first dining experience at Weil Hotel,  YUK SOU HIN  is the final restaurant to wrap up my adventure at this new hotel besides than  THE DECK  and  TIFFIN .  Bored while waiting, I started to explore around and tapping on my Iphone.  While wai
