If you are planning to visit Ipoh, make a pit stop at Tanjung Tualang for some awesome seafood! Oh-so-FRESH!


Tanjung Tualang has several restaurants that runs the same business.  Situated opposite the market, you can easily locate this restaurant.  SUN MEE FONG is an Air-Conditioned seafood restaurant with a very clean environment to dine for. You can see a few aquariums filled with prawns outside the restaurant. All live and fresh!

What's on the lunch table today? 
Not to be missed - The #PRAWNS!! We order 1.5kg prawns (M size) and requested to be cooked in two ways; Steamed & with Salted Eggs. Followed by the fresh #Crabs, #Fish and some vegetables.

Left the restaurant with a full tummy, I'm grateful to have such a wonderful meal. My everytime favorite after the seafood, walk opposite the street to this coconut heaven! Also must try, the Shaved ice jelly. Oh..so cooling and refreshing!

Done with my busy schedules, I finally have the time to sit down and blog about my dining experience at YUK SOU HIN @ WEIL HOTEL (IPOH) which took place about two months ago.  I was being invited by the hotel's PR Team at the first place to drop by and review the dim sum which was spearheaded by their   Hong Kong Master Chef, Mr. Chung Ho Shi but unfortunately I'm unable to attend.
