#IPPUDO - Founded in 1985 by the internationally renowned Ramen King, Mr. Shigemi Kawahara in Japan's ramen capital. With #ramen of the highest quality, unique ambiance and great hospitable services, Ippudo has become the most popular ramen restaurants over the years.

Kawahara was crowned Ramen King in 2005 and holds a place in the Ramen Hall of Fame after winning the championship 3 times consecutively between 1995 - 1998, on "TV Champion Ramen Chef", a reputable Japanese television show produced by TV Tokyo.


Not my first time visiting Ippudo, I'm always a fan of them whenever I think of having a hot bowl of ramen. Their ramen is in deep flavors and springy texture, with taste of wheat in each bite. Ippudo's secret recipe Tonkotsu broth takes more than 15 hours to extract the essence and to achieve perfect emulsion, which you can notice the milky color of its soup in each bowl of ramen served.

Pavilion & The Gardens KL's outlet is serving Lunch Set on weekdays from 11.00am to 3.00pm at only RM 29.90++ [1 Ramen + 1 Side Dish or Dessert + 1 Green Tea (Hot/Iced).]






Tried on the Lunch Set at Pavilion KL. The portion came to be the normal size like ala-carte (Not smaller lunch portion as some restaurant used to serve).

Done with my busy schedules, I finally have the time to sit down and blog about my dining experience at YUK SOU HIN @ WEIL HOTEL (IPOH) which took place about two months ago.  I was being invited by the hotel's PR Team at the first place to drop by and review the dim sum which was spearheaded by their   Hong Kong Master Chef, Mr. Chung Ho Shi but unfortunately I'm unable to attend.
